Named after the inn's original owner, Nathaniel Palmer, the Inn at Crystal Lake's Palmer House Pub has been recognized by The Boston Globe as a perfect spot to relax with a drink and some delicious food (perhaps a bowl of Tim's award-winning chili). Take a seat at the gorgeous walnut bar that originally came from Boston's Ritz-Carlton. In the summer, a seat out on the patio with a glass of wine might be the perfect way to end the day.

Our pub has a full liquor license and we specialize in classic cocktails like Martinis and Manhattans - but innkeeper, Tim, is usually behind the bar and willing to whip up almost any kind of drink!

In addition to the pub and dining room menus below, we also prepare nightly specials to reflect the freshest local ingredients.

We do try and keep this site updated with any changes to our menu, but don't be surprised if you come for dinner and things are just slightly different. We like to mix things up every once in while!

Tim's award-winning "Eaton Chili" is loaded with meat, beans, onions, etc.

French Onion Soup Gratiné - $5.5 crock
Caramelized onions, thyme, sherry & beef & chicken broth; topped with crostini with Swiss & Provolone cheese

Bruschetta - $7.5
Fresh tomatoes, garlic, onion, celery, basil, marinated with balsamic vinegar & olive oil
served on broiled toast brushed with garlic oil


Scallop Crostini - $8
Scallops & dill mixed with Parmesan, Swiss & Provolone cheese served warm on crostini

This full-plate salad makes a perfect meal: fresh greens, vegetables, cheeses & fruit topped with homemade croutons & one of our homemade dressings;  add chicken for $4 or shrimp for $7

Mixed greens, feta cheese, kalamata olives, tomato & red onion topped with a Tuscany balsamic vinaigrette; add chicken for $5 or shrimp for $7

Pecan Crusted Chicken - $15
Pecan crusted chicken breast with tomatoes, cucumbers & green onion served over spinach, mixed greens & herbs with a jerked peach champagne vinaigrette

Braised pork medallions in an Amaretto, apple brandy sauce topped with slivered almonds served with Parmesan mashed potatoes & chef’s choice of vegetable

Vegetable Paella - $18
Sautéed sweet peppers, onions, tomatoes, zucchini, summer squash & cannelini beans simmered in a rich vegetable stock tossed with rice & flavored with saffron & paprika; add chicken for $5 or shrimp for $7
